i have noticed that my hi power screamer fan which cools me motor , slows down when i apply fully throttle on 4s , so thats them packs knackered then , i plug into the balance lead , its a great way to check the batts in use . i found a part used 6s pack in my garage and put that in . couldnt touch full throttle as didnt want to blow my badlands , some huge slides done and cooked another motor , the lawn does that , lovely jubby

I would strongly suggest a Yeah Racing dual heatsink and fan system along with thermal pads to help with heat transfer from the motor casing to the heatsink (crucial!)

I'm only running a single fan on my heatsink which still works pretty effectively, but will be fitting a second fan soon. I found with this heatsink it barely did anything prior to fitting the thermal pads, now the motor doesn't get much hotter than 60 Celsius or so, on 4S but geared up.
