Kagama Kagama 4 steering rack issue

I have a new Kagama4. Out the box, the steering rack rubs the chassis when turning right unless I set the front droop to where the arms are nearly level with the chassis. It was rubbing like this out the box so I haven't bent anything to cause it. Is this normal for everyone? Trying to determine if it's supposed to be like this or if I need to take it apart and see if something was bent from the factory.

Adjust the end point on transmitter?

I suspect if it was bent you'd have less reach - as ronnyc00t says, adjust steering end point/travel
