The left shim (from the spur side) had been worn away, and the other side was quite thin as well. The o-ring had also been worn, so definitely time to change them as well.
The shims are 6x12x0,2mm, Corally's p/n C-00180-204, just in case you need some.

Oh, and of course a new shell!
