Just started mounting my ESC into the new Kronos XTR 22 and when I removed the battery tray I found this fluid and I'm not sure what it is from. It appears to be coming from the diff? I'm not sure. Thanks for the help guys!

Looks like diff juice to me, try pulling it and seeing how low you are then tighten.

Pull your diff and check the 4 screws that hold it together. My radix had untightend screws out of box and there was a puddle of leaked syrup as a result.
I recommend this too☝️ mine seemed fine out of the box, but some time later a screw backed out of the center diff and eventually hit the motor mount and brought my xtr to a dead stop at full throttle..took me a bit to figure out what happened. The diff/gear cover does a fine job of preventing the culprit from being visible. Spend an extra half hour or whatever to make sure everything is happy in there. Much easier to do from where you are now since it's not fully built yet.

Before I ran it the first time I inspected the centre diff (couldn't vbe bothers with the front and rear ones) and I found it was covered all over with fluid, I topped it up with heavier 20mil stuff as it seemed too loose to me. Since then I haven't had leaks, so I believe it was like that just from manufacturing. The person who put it together was probably just a bit messy and didn't bother cleaning things off. Hopefully it's the same with yours!
