Here's the one I use. It's pretty neat, used in conjunction with the App on your phone.

Here's my XTR's performance on 6S and 825/Corally Electronics.

Works great got it also. Tip, get the holder for it as well. Fits on the tower to tower brace.

I fit mine onto anything using 3M Dual lock. Every pit box should have this.

3 times stronger than hook & loop velcro AND it's the same material for both surfaces, unlike hook & loop where you have to choose.

On the XTR 21, you can mount it up lovely by here.

I built my own using an Arduino Nano BLE and a inexpensive GPS unit asking with a spare 1S lipo I had lying around. Including charging boards and voltage regulators, I probably spent around £35-40 I guess.
I have also spent another five or so on an SD card interface too so that I can potentially add data logging to it to save sessions directly on that rather than on my app or even use it to record accelerometer data to use to smooth out my video when I attach my action cam.

If you're feeling brave, mobile phone underneath the shell with a GPS datalogger works.
Perfect for speedruns, probably not that great for jumping and bashing.
