Asuga Front upper control arm

Asuga people,

Are the front upper control arms designed to split during big crashes, the boy managed to cartwheel asuga 8 times before landing, the arm pulled away cleanly without any damage and was re attached with no further issues.

No. That's a defect.
Corally upper arms split along the pin.
There are multiple threads about it already.
Read some of those and you will understand.
The plastics don't seem to be according to specs. People use Mojave 6s upper arms instead.

You can also use a zip tie as a stop gap until you replace the broken arms.

It sounds like it. I've got some, but haven't installed them yet. You might want to get some spacers, as there is a little bit of slop with the Mojave arms. That's what I did. Should eliminate the gap.
