Esc punch tuning

How exactly do I turn down the Punch on my esc Kronos?
Instructions in Toros manual don't explain how.

Easy way is with the Hobbywing LED programming box.
Hard way is by counting beeps.

It's on page 6 of the ESC manual, but honestly, just buy the programming box
