I just received a Kagama RTR which came with the CT2R controller. It seems pretty basic but it works. The problem I have is the end points on the steering are way off. Its centered and runs straight but it turns much farther right than left.
There's nothing in the manual and doesn't seem to be a whole lot of features on it to initiate a endpoint set up but surely there has to be a way? Thanks

There’s no end point adjustment, only dual-rate. If you get the draglink length just right you can get it even though. Try lengthening it and adjusting trim as necessary.

I was able to get it close by doing that, I think if I move the servo arm over a tooth or 2 and then use the trim I can get it there.

This is the way everyone had to do it back in the day. Everything had to be set mechanically. There are times when we need more throw one way than the other, or finer adjustment than the splines on the horn/output.

Ideally, all modern radios would have endpoint adjustments. Perhaps this is one of the reasons we see so many RTR steering servos getting smoked.

Sub-trim is another really useful function that RTR radios often lack.

The basic ST D/R knob on the RTR radio basically reduces the throw both ways, so your work around of adjusting the linkages and moving the horn should work - it's just a bit of a faff. Definitely better than burning servos. 👍
