Sketer Bent chassie

So after todays back yard bash i was looking the truck over. Yeup the chassies is bent. Looks like the rear section behind the motor is where its bent. As the front half lays flat on a strait edge. Almost 3/16 of an inch gap. Frustrates me as i feel i don't bash hard. I have one jump where i might get 10ft air max and land on grass. Still runs and drives fine, leave it till she is a taco?

Hmmmm, 3/16 doesn't seem like much of a bend. If you slacken off the centre brace and give everything a downwards flex, will the chassis straighten again? Then just tighten everything up again.
The bent chassis will shorten the effective crntre driveshaft length - provided nothings binding, just carry on bashing.

Grab a chassis from Jenny's...only $16! Not sure on the shipping but they are usually reasonable.

I get that they are cheap. Just seems like it bent to easy, just like my rear shock tower.

Agreed! I'd love to see some Corally 7075 aluminum for the Sketer.
