In your opinion, with the same pinion, the asuga as well as other corally models would go faster with a hobbywing max 8 combo?

The Torox 185 ESC is a rebranded Hobbywing Max8 that has been upgraded to handle more amps, and the Kuron 825 motor is a rebranded Hobbywing motor: I doubt you would see any improvement, and you might see poorer performance.

What kind of speed are you looking for exactly?

As @morrjr71 mentioned, the Torox 185 is a rebranded/modified MAX8 so you wouldn't see any performance improvement by fitting a MAX8.

If you want more performance, you first need to fit some good cooling equipment like high speed fans and a heatsink, with these add-ons, its potentially possible to get a little more performance out of the Corally electronics.

Beyond that, you would need to look at a bigger motor like the Hobbywing 4985 1650kv or a TP4050/TP4060, something below 1700kv for 6S use, accompanied by a better ESC such as. MAX6 or Mamba Monster X 6S.
