Im wondering if the carbon fiber arm stiffeners are any good and if it would stop breakages in the winter when its cold and plastics are brittle.

I've never run them, but they look cool as hell it's very difficult to find anywhere that has a complete set of them. And they're really expensive.

The point of carbon inserts is to make suspension arms stiffer and less flexible. This makes the truck even more responsive.

Stiffer arms and bashing? Well if running in colder temps makes plastics less flexible or prone to snapping when bent, I suppose inserts that consistently reduces flex should help.
