I am a bit ham fisted and strip my Radix wheel nuts/hubs fairly often so I looked into some titanium ones but couldn't find any, but I have found a bloke who will consider making them. He has asked what other cars have the same size so he can judge if it's worth his time or not.

I am using some cheap one's off AliXpress at the moment, the hex is a bit shallower but then fit and nothing rubs.

Would the Arrma/Traxxas one's be compatible does anyone know? What other brands share the same design?

Thanks in advance.

They're pretty much the same across the board on all 1/8 scale buggies, truggies. I'm referring to the wheel nuts only tho as the spacing and locating pin of the stub axles or hubs does vary by vehicle, also pin size.
M12 x 1.0 is the size and thread.
Don't try to use Traxxas nuts though,not compatible. TRX uses m12 x 1.5 thread..ask me how I know🙄

STRIPPED!! 🤣🤣

Just another note on the nuts: Also be careful with Carson - they have some nuts with M12x1.25!
Ask me how I know … 😉

HaHa! Come to think of it,maybe m12 x 1.5 is not right for TRX..either way,TRX just HAS to be different, as always!!🤣🤣

Sorry, to clarify I am talking about the hub not the nut.
Oh, in that case, they do vary by make/model..
Often, they can be swapped, but require shimming or removing material to do..so not likely worth tooling up for I don't think.

In my experience, which is limited with TC since the xtr is my only TC thus far, the TC hubs aren't particularly good quality. Mine are already wobbling on the steel axle after about 15 packs through the truck..not good. This is with backflip LP's installed since day 1, and I'm pretty gentle as far as bashers go..
I have rc's from many manufacturers also. The ones on my Redcat kaiju are doing the same..
Maybe they really are a consumable part? Idk..
