They'll work straight away without fuss - fit and forget.

The stock spring weakened as soon as I started running heavier, belted tyres.

Then, the only way I could stop it backing off was by tightening the thumbscrew right down - till there was virtually no space left between the coils. Very little saving action before the spring is fully compressed and locked out.

The stock spring could be compressed between finger and thumb easily.

The Lee Spring - never going to happen! 🤣

Good luck trying. It's something like 24 N/mm per mm. That equates to about 2.5kg per mm of compression, which doesn't sound like much - until you attempt to do it between a finger and thumb.

In the context of a servo saver, the linkages and the action of a cam - it takes much more force to overcome the Lee Spring than the stock spring.

For my use off road or for speed runs with heavy, belted tyres - this spring has proved to be just right. 🤩

There is 1 spring left.

All springs ordered earlier today are out for international shipping tomorrow morning.

Note that 'dispatched' in eBay means I have printed the shipping labels.

I would have sent them the same day, but there is a requirement for customs declarations and HS codes for springs for 'toy cars' before I was authorised to print shipping labels.

USPS were suggesting shipping the springs in a rectangular box, or I may face additional charges. 🙄 NOT HAPPENING! Bite me!

Springs are dispatched in shipping bags, suitable for airmail.

Please let me know what you think of them when you receive them. 👍

All packets have been sent this morning and the listing has ended. 👍

Odd, my springs

I take it all your springs have been delivered, no sign of mine yet 😕
When did you order buddy?

For the avoidance of doubt - the people that ordered yesterday had all their items dispatched today.

Half of them were international orders with customs declarations. I've only had 2 domestic orders? 🤔

I ordered from Lee Springs last Saturday, when did you do your bulk order?
I ordered on the 11th.

Here's a thought - check to make sure the payment went through. Their system declined my card on the website order 🤔, then accounts managed to get the system to work and the amount was taken - I could see 2 transactions, 1 declined one not declined - so I phoned them.

It not you - it's them! Double check the debit amount from your bank. I bet it's that. 🤞🙏

Morning,

Got the springs yesterday from @Horatio.

Thank you and looking forward to installing the springs along with other upgrade parts next week.
